16 MAY / 2019
Bosch ConnectedWorld is one of the largest international trade fair exhibitions dedicated to IoT (Internet of Things) and digital transformation.
At Bosch ConnectedWorld, industry, logistics, intelligent transportation systems, construction, energy, retail, and agriculture innovations are demonstrated. Alexey Belinsky, CEO of Ctrl2GO, took part in a thematic section of the "Production of the Future" session, dedicated to the importance of data for increasing the production processes efficiency. The session was moderated by Rolf Nyork, a member of Robert Bosch GmbH board of directors.
Alexey Belinsky told about the role of predictive analytics in the production asset management and the company's successful experience in this area. He noted that predictive analytics solutions are currently the focus of industrial corporations, but their implementation without changing business processes would not bring significant results. Predictive analytics is most effective if integrated into the enterprise's business model.
The CEO of Ctrl2GO presented a case study illustrating the successful implementation of a predictive analytics project in the Russian railway industry based on the Ctrl@Maintenance solution developed by Russian developer Clover Group (a member of the Ctrl2GO Group). The project is being implemented at LokoTech Group of Companies and provides "smart servicing" for almost a third of the entire Russian Railways locomotive stock (7.5 thousand locomotive sections) in 59 depots.

"We have integrated into the repair management process; now, a repair assignment for a particular locomotive opens automatically ten days before the repair at the depot," Alexey Belinsky noted. "Our next step is to ensure the schedule of repairs is automatically generated for each depot by locomotives distribution based on the actual technical condition, mileage, and loading of the depot."
About 5,000 participants visited the 6th Bosch ConnectedWorld conference and exhibition; in particular, 150 speakers, 700 developers, over 100 suppliers of IoT solutions presented their stands.

The Ctrl2GO Group of companies brings together prospective products and solutions in the field of the advanced technologies of Industry 4.0. The group develops, implements, and replicates intelligent high-tech solutions capable of providing competitive advantages for businesses in the global market.
