According to CEO of 2050.digital, the main priorities of the industrial enterprises digitalization are the possibility of integrating the already implemented solutions with new ones, ensuring protection from external effects, personnel training, and adaptation of the production culture, as well as the customer's understanding of the desired effects from the digitalization.
Igor Bevzyuk cited the implementation of the Ctrl@Maintenance predictive analysis system in the Russian Railways locomotive stock as a successful example of digitalization. The project is implemented by the Clover Group (a member of the Ctrl2GO Group together with 2050.digital).
"Today, more than 7 thousand from 22.5 thousand locomotive sections are already equipped with special data collection devices," Igor Bevzyuk noted. "This allows us to significantly reduce the time for locomotive diagnostics and prepare all the inventory items (spare parts, tools, materials) and personnel needed for the work in advance. Thus, we reduce the downtime of locomotives being under repair and optimize internal business processes."
