1 JULY / 2019
Ctrl2GO acquired a 75% share in one of the leading developers of onboard security systems and information and service digital solutions for rolling stock.
The Ctrl2GO Group is actively developing its competencies and expertise in the industry digitalization field. "This deal will allow Ctrl2GO to strengthen its position in the segment of the digital transformation of the transport complex not only in Russia but also abroad. Developments and products of Transtelesoft are primarily aimed at creating comprehensive solutions for arranging a safe transport infrastructure and production of new-generation machines. One of the important tools used for this purpose is microprocessor systems on rolling stock. Currently, our colleagues in European countries are actively implementing them in the course of digital transformation. The acquisition of Transtelesoft will enable us to develop and apply such solutions more dynamically," said Alexey Belinsky, CEO of the Ctrl2GO Group of companies.

Developing the expertise in the creation and use of microprocessor locomotive systems is first of all necessary for the implementation of the Ctrl2GO's "Digital Locomotive" project. This is a set of solutions, which, on the one hand, minimizes the influence of the human factor on the train traffic control, and on the other hand, increases the safety of railways. In addition, it allows ensuring compliance with the current traffic schedule by transmitting relevant data to the locomotive by radio.

"Solutions and developments of Transtelesoft company are in demand in the market of railway equipment. They are well known to leading manufacturers of rolling stock and transport system operators in Russia and abroad. Having become part of Ctrl2GO, we now are able to integrate our systems into the solutions of the group, which has its own extensive development base and also has great prospects for entering the international market," said Vadim Tatarinov, chairman of the board of directors of Transtelesoft.

Transtelesoft is in the market since 2011. The company is specializing in the development and implementation of onboard security systems, intelligent video surveillance solutions, automated passenger flow registration, as well as specific information and service train complexes for all types of rolling stock. The company supplies train systems to enterprises of Transmashholding JSC including Tver Carriage Works, Demikhovsky Engineering Plant, Metrovagonmash, JSC Vagonremmash.
