The Ctrl2GO Group presented its own digital solutions at Pharmtech & Ingredients 2019, the largest international exhibition for pharmaceutical production in Russia.

Ctrl2GO develops and implements technologies that help increase the efficiency of production and business processes by using the Industry 4.0 tools. The Group has introduced more than 20 solutions for the pharmaceutical industry: from equipment control to technology and product quality control.

"Pharmaceutical production has its own specifics associated with particular technological processes, requirements and certification systems. At that, our solutions provide an opportunity to build a cyberphysical ecosystem at one's enterprise," said Igor Bevzuk, Managing Director of a Ctrl2GO Division. "Integration will allow the producer to control production assets in real-time mode, increase the resource use efficiency and reduce production costs. Thus, the introduction of the production assets operation monitoring makes it possible to increase the efficiency of production processes up to 10%."

The Ctrl2GO developments allow one to monitor the consumption of key resources, control climatic conditions, the technical condition of equipment, the premises condition, and the use of personal protective equipment by employees. The enterprise management can carry out remote control of production and technology compliance through specially designed mobile applications. The computer vision system is used to control product quality. Quality control is also ensured by creating digital equipment doubles and predictive analytics of the technological processes. All data are sent to a single analytical center combining production and technological services.

Virtual and augmented reality technologies are used for training employees to work and repair equipment. Practical skills can be further developed without access to clean rooms, which in turn makes it possible to reduce the cost and time for staff training, the commission of new production facilities.
