Sergey Ipp, the Deputy Head of the Ctrl2GO Terra Division, became a member of the Management Board of the SEC approved during the meeting.
The main topic of the meeting was the approval of the SEC activity program: Since 2018, representatives of the Tyumen region, KhMAO-Yugra and YNAO have worked together to form a single program document. The key areas of work of the West Siberian scientific and educational center are defined as: "Biological safety of humans, animals and plants", "Digital transformation of the oil and gas industry", "Arctic: "cold world" resources and environmental quality."
"Within the framework of the SEC direction "Biological safety of human, animals and plants", special attention is paid to new digital technologies in the agricultural industry, - Sergey Ipp said. – Within the SEC, Ctrl2GO plans to expand the functionality of various agricultural services, refine and implement models of productivity of different crops. And the use of predictive and prescriptive analytics based on artificial intelligence will allow to transfer Russian agriculture to a new technological level.
A number of activities of the SEC program are already being implemented in practice: the Center for Complex Development of Scientific and Technical Project Managers' Competences is functioning, and a laboratory complex on Biosafety is being created.
Currently, the SEC structure includes 10 universities, 13 research institutes, and 7 organizations of the real sector of economy: SIBUR-Holding, Gazprom Neft, HMS Group and other large industrial companies. The SEC strategy is to achieve national leadership in a number of important areas, to facilitate the early transition from a resource economy to a knowledge economy, to new world-class research and development. The SEC is an open structure that, as it develops, will attract other high-tech businesses, science leaders and leading universities, which should form an ecosystem for the development of technological entrepreneurship and radical transformation of traditional regional industries.
Within the transition to Industry 4.0.Ctrl2GO is developing and implementing digital solutions for various industries. In particular, the Ctrl@Maintenance system for risk-oriented fleet management of capital-intensive machines based on predictive analytics is already widely used in the transport engineering, energy, and oil sector. Another project is "Digital Plant", its goal consists in a comprehensive digitalization of the enterprises of Transmashholding at the Novocherkassk electric locomotive and Tver car-building plants. Ctrl2go digital solutions are also used in mining, agriculture and aviation.
